My Graduation dress and makeup

Hello!

I graduated on the 20th of May, it was a wonderful day, i love the dress i wore and the makeup look i did a lot so i wanted to show you!

I got this beautiful dress from ASOS. It's a gorgeous navy blue colour, it is very long so i had to wear high heels so i wouldn't constantly step on it and trip over. It has a lovely braided detailing below the chest area that goes round to your back, it helps divide the dress into two sections and makes you look taller, as it looks like you've got very long legs! The dress has to layers to it, the first one is a sheer fabric which makes the dress look very ''flowy'', and the second layer is placed below the sheer one and it basically makes the dress not be see through.

I love this dress so much, it made me feel so beautiful and elegant. My sister told me i looked like a medieval princess and to be honest i was very happy when she gave me that compliment, because who doesn't want to look like a princess? I definitely do!

I didn't wear many accessorises, in fact i just wore a gold necklace, that i got a couple years ago and that i love!

For the makeup i went for quite a simple look. First thing i did was apply my Rimmel Lasting finish foundation, which is my favourite one at the moment, then i applied my Revlon concealer on any imperfections and under my eyes and lastly i set all of it with my essence powder.
For the blush and highlight i used my makeup revolution ultra blush palette in golden sugar, which is amazing and i love it so much.
On my eyes, the first thing i did was prime them with the same concealer i used before and then i used a light brown shade as a base, then i added a darker brown on the outer corners and my crease to add definition to the look and lastly i applied gold-brownish shimmery colour onto my eyelids. I finished the eye look lining my top and half of the bottom waterline and added my favourite mascara, the clinique high impact mascara.
Lastly i filled in my eyebrows and applied the Rimmel Kate lipstick in the shade 42 onto my lips. This is a very natural and light pink colour which was perfect for this day as i was just looking for that.

I didn't do anything to my hair because i quite like my natural hair, and i attempted to curl it with a hairdryer that same day but it didn't turn out very nice, so i just washed it and blow dried it aha!

My graduation was so much fun, there was a graduation ceremony at my school where they gave some speeches ( which made me quite emotional not gonna lie ) and they gave us a diploma. After that, we hung out with our teachers and families for a while and later on all my classmates and I went out to have dinner and party. It was so much fun, and it makes me quite sad to think that i won't be in the same class as them next year, i've spent 15 years of my life with some of these people! it's kinda crazy to think that this era is over but ,I'm also very excited to start university next year!

It's been so long since i last posted ahhh I've missed blogging so much! You might be wondering what's been going on that was so important that stopped me from blogging, well, I've been studying so much because i had my finals, then i graduated and after graduation i had to do 6 very important exams, that will decide wether or not i get into uni, so I've been very very busy and it's been really tiring as well, but I'm finally back, you know why? BECAUSE IT'S SUMMER

Yes, Yes I'm finally on summer holidays and i couldn't be happier because after a whole year of working really hard i can finally take some time for myself, have fun and have time to blog and I will be posting a lot more now!
